Bookings Deposits & Payments:

Receiving your advance money automatically authorizes us to act on your behalf to make all the travel arrangements and your acknowledgement of acceptance of our nonrefundable policy.
US $3,500 Tour Price is guaranteed if paid 2 months in advance prior to your departure date. The price will increase after that (mainly because of flight tickets difference of air fare. We will work with you and give you the final price on the phone at the time of making the reservation)
Balance must be paid 50 days before the tour departure date.
If we did not have enough customers for the tour, we will refund the money or use it for the next departure (new date)

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations prior to 2 months, US $1,500 will be refunded (if you have already paid in full the tour price amount of US $3,500)
No Show – 100% non-refundable
